New Moon is coming to cinemas in a week time. Not really a fan
of the Twilight saga.

I remember watching the first movie. The cinemas were mostly
filled with girls with only one objective, to watch the character
Edward Cullen. I sat next to this group of girls during the movie.
When the character Edward Cullen (played by Robert Pattinson)
was first introduced in the movie. The girls next to me went
"OMG EDWARD CULLEN IS SO CUTE !!!!!!!!"
They were going gaga over him.

HAHA how typical. I heard rumors that Ah Lians are also going
crazy over the twilight saga. Shit man.

I have friends who are anti- ah lian and they told me that it is
so turn off to see an Ah lian reading "New Moon" or any of the
other books such as "Breaking Dawn' and "Twilight".

One of my friend commented "I think it will take them ages to understand
the first chapter. Not the whole book, but the first chapter."
LOL

Personally I too hate Ah lian. I was browsing for the definition of ah lian
and I found this. Information being copied from wikipedia. I couldn't
stop laughing when I read the article.

"Ah Lian is a pejorative term applied to a certain group of Chinese girls in Southeast Asia,
especially Singapore and Malaysia. These Chinese girls, in their teens and twenties,
are usually found in larger cities in the region. They usually hang out in Bugis Junction,
Bugis Street, outside Cineleisure.

Ah Lians are commonly stereotyped as having hair dyed in bright colours, and wearing
outdated Japanese fashion, although how much of this is true is debatable. Most of them
also like to wear hot pants or mini skirts. Most Ah Lians have straightened long hair,
usually with thick fringes. They like walking in big groups where most of the people in the
group are Ah Lians or Ah Bengs and make their presence known by talking loudly.

They enjoy taking self- portraits of themselves and usually imitate the way Japanese girls
take their pictures, making their eyes look big and puffing out their cheeks. They also take
pictures by putting a horizontal 'Peace sign' over their eyes, pressing a fist facing outwards
against their puffed cheek. They also apply a very sharp tone in their speech which they
classify as "cute". Another distinct feature of an Ah Lian is they swear in most of their
conversations similarly to their male counterparts, Ah Bengs."
